Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

By way of this application, applicant is seeking the transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.A-83/2025 filed by nonapplicant before the Family Court, Beed to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur.

It is pointed out by the applicant that the proceeding under Domestic Violence Act bearing D.V. Case No.113/2024 and Hindu Marriage Petition No.143/2024 for restitution of conjugal rights are already pending at Achalpur. It is also informed that the non-applicant is attending the said proceedings at Achalpur. It is stated that to counter blast the present proceedings, non-applicant has filed the application for divorce before Family Court, Beed bearing H.M.P. No.83/2025. 4.
In view of above, issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after three weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause (b).

It is made clear that the applicant to serve the nonapplicant by all permissible modes of service in addition to the regular mode of service and file the affidavit of service on record.
