By this application, applicant is seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.41/2025 filed by non-applicant and pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Katol to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha. 2.

It is informed that applicant has already filed the proceeding under the Domestic Violence Act against nonapplicant and same is pending before the Magistrate at Wardha. 3.

In view of above, issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after three weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause (c).

Applicant is permitted to serve the non-applicant by all permissible modes of service in addition to the regular mode of service. Applicant is directed to file affidavit of service on record. Failure to file the same, interim order passed by this court shall not continue in the matter.
