By this Application, the Applicant/wife is seeking transfer of Petition "A" No. 86/2025 filed by the Respondent/husband before the Family Court, Raigad-Alibagh to the Family Court, Amravati.

The prime contention of the Applicant is that she is not having any source of income and distance between Alibagh to Amravati is about 700 kms. Therefore, it will not be possible for her to attend the proceeding at Alibagh.

I have perused the Application filed by the Respondent before the Family Court, Raigad-Alibagh. From the cause-title it is seen that the Respondent has shown his residential address as 'R/o Patni Chowk, Juna Risod Naka, Washim'. 5.

Considering this submission, I am satisfied that there is a reason for interference of this Court in the matter.

Hence, issue notice to the Respondent, returnable after four weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause - (b) of the Application till date. 8.

In addition to regular mode of service, Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent by all modes of private service, as permissible under the Rules and file affidavit of service on or before the next date, failure to which, this Court will consider as to whether the interim relief granted in favour of the Applicant to continue or not.
