DATE : 16.01.2026 Both the parted jointly made a request by considering the fact that issue involved in the matter is pertaining to amount of salary of the present applicant which is of Rs.3,40,000/-. Hence, the matter can be resolved amicably between the parties, therefore, same be referred to the Mediator.

The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur is requested to appoint a Mediator and communicate the date to the parties through their Counsel. 3.

Both the Counsel are requested to supply their contact numbers to the Mediation Centre.

The Mediator is requested to submit his report within a period of four weeks.
