By this Application, the Applicant is seeking transfer of the Petition No. A-744/2025 pending on the file of Family Court, Nagpur to Family Court, Gondia.

It is stated that Regular Civil Suit No. 127/2025 filed by the Applicant is pending at Gondia. The Non-applicant is attending the said Suit at Gondia. Furthermore, the Applicant is having a child of only two years old, and therefore, she will cause great inconvenience to attend the proceeding at Nagpur. 4.

Issue notice to the Non-applicant, returnable in three weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause -(iii) of the Application. 6.

In addition to regular mode of service, the Applicant is at liberty to serve the Non-applicant by all modes of private
