The learned Counsel for both sides are ad idem that there is possibility of amicable settlement between the parties. Hence, they made a joint request to refer the matter for mediation. 2.

The Co-ordinator, High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur is requested to appoint the Mediator and communicate the date to the parties through their Counsel. 3.

The learned Counsel for both sides are requested to furnish their contact numbers to the Mediation Centre. 4.

The Mediator is requested to submit the Mediation Report within a period of eight weeks.

The interim relief granted earlier shall remain continued until further orders.
