By this Application, the Applicant is seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.100/2022 pending on the file of Civil Judge Senior Division, Warora to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Gadchiroli.

It is stated that already the Applicant/wife has filed the proceeding under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act at Gadchiroli. The same was allowed and now appeal is pending before the District Court. The Respondent is attending the said proceeding at Gadchiroli. 3.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable after three weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause - (ii) of the Application. 5.

In addition to regular mode of service, the Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent by all modes of private
