It is the submission of the Applicant that proceeding under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act bearing Misc. Criminal Application No. 19/2025 is already filed before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Darwha.

Issue notice to the Non-applicant, returnable on 16th October, 2025.
