It is stated by the learned Counsel for Applicant that Applicant/wife has already filed other proceeding at Akola. The Non-applicant is attending the said proceeding at Akola. Hence the Applicant seeks transfer of HMP No.115/2025 filed by the Non-applicant from Civil Judge Senior Division, Mehkar to Family Court, Akola.

Issue notice to the Non-applicant, returnable after four weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause - (c) of the Application. 4.

In addition to regular mode of service, the Applicant is permitted to serve the Non-applicant by all modes of private service, as permissible in Rule and file affidavit of
