By this Application, the Applicant is seeking transfer of Divorce Petition No. A-208/2024 pending on the file of Family Court, Nanded to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Chandrapur. 2.

The grounds raised in the Application is that the Applicant/wife has already filed the proceeding under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. It is stated that the Non-applicant is already attending that proceeding. In addition to this, it is also stated that the Applicant is having a child of three years.

Hence, for considering the abovesaid reason, issue notice to the Non-applicant, returnable after four weeks. 4.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause - (2) of the Application.

In addition to the regular mode of service, Applicant is permitted to serve the Non-applicant by all modes of private service, as permissible in Rules and file affidavit of service on or before the next date.

On failure of filing affidavit of service, the ad-interim stay granted will be vacated.
