By this application, the applicant is seeking transfer of Special Civil Suit No. 18/2025 from the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Biloli, District Nanded, to Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhadrawati, District Chandrapur.

The ground raised for transfer is that the applicant/ wife has already filed the proceedings before the Judicial Magistrate First Class at Bhadrawati. According to the applicant, the proceedings filed by the non-applicant at Biloli, District Nanded, are only to counteract and harass the applicant.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after four weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause-(iii).

The applicant is permitted to serve the nonapplicant by all permissible private modes of service, in addition to regular mode of service.

The applicant shall file an affidavit of service on or before the next date. Failure to which, the interim stay granted will stand vacated automatically.
