The Applicant/wife has filed present application seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No.195 of 2025 from the file of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Washim to the file of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Pusad. She is residing at village Rampurnagar, which is in vicinity of Pusad town. Distance between Pusad to Washim is around 80 Km. The husband resides at Mangrulpir which is at distance of around 35 to 40 km from Washim and approximately 75 km from Pusad. The husband in any case will have to travel from Mangrulpir to Washim where the petition is pending. In that view of the matter, no prejudice will be caused to the husband if the proceeding is transferred to Pusad, since distance between Mangrulpir to Pusad is 75 Km as against distance between Mangrulpir to Washim which is around 35 to 40 Km.

In view of the above, Marriage Petition No.195 of 2025 is transferred from the file of the learned Civil

In the event the non-applicant/husband makes an application for appearance through Video-Conferencing, the same may be considered favourably and permission to appear through Video-Conferencing may be granted on such dates and at such stages as is deemed appropriate by the learned Family Court.
