The present application is filed seeking transfer of restitution Petition No.157 of 2024 from the file of the learned 1st Civil Judge Senior Division, Pusad to the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Khamgaon. The applicant-wife is a household lady who has custody of a child who is around two years of age. Having regard to the fact that the wife is staying with a young child around two years of age, it will be difficult for her to travel from Khamgaon to Pusad, which is at a distance 175 Kms.

In view of the above, HMP No.157 of 2024 is transferred from the file of the learned 1st Civil Judge Senior Division, Pusad to the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Khamgaon.

In the event, the non-applicant/husband makes a request for appearance through video conference, the same may be considered favourably.
