The learned Counsel appearing for Applicant has vehemently stated that the prayer made by her in the present Application needs positive consideration for the reason that Applicant has already filed two proceedings at Nagpur. 2.

The Non-applicant is already attending that proceeding at Nagpur. The Applicant is having a child of two years old, and therefore, she is unable to attend the proceeding at Pune. She further stated that only to harass the present Applicant, the Non-applicant has filed the proceeding at Pune. 3.

Issue notice to the Non-applicant, returnable after four weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause - (C) of the Application. 5.

In addition to regular mode of service, the Applicant is permitted to serve the Non-applicant by all modes
