By way of this application, the applicant is seeking transfer of the Hindu Marriage Petition No.70/2025 from the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Washim.

The ground raised by the applicant is that the distance is of 200 kilometers and the applicant is having small child. According to the applicant, it will be inconvenient for her to travel such a long distance. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after three weeks.

Leave is granted to the applicant to serve the non-applicant by all permissible mode of service in addition to the regular mode of service.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (ii) of the application. 7.

The applicant to file the affidavit of service on record, on or before the next date, failure to which, interim stay granted by this Court will vacated automatically. (PRAVIN S. PATIL , J.
