The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has filed the proceeding bearing HMP No.48/2025 under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. It is further stated that the applicant is residing with her maternal uncle as there is no one in her family other than uncle. The distance between Darwha to Saoner is near about 230 km. 2.

Hence, issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after three weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause (ii).

Applicant is permitted to serve the non-applicant by all permissible mode of service in addition to regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service within a period of three weeks, failing which, interim stay granted will stand vacated automatically.
