DATE : 05.12.2025 Both the learned counsel jointly requested that there are chances of negotiation between the parties, as same is arising out of the matrimonial discord. Hence, the Secretary, High Legal legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur, is requested to appoint the Mediator in the matter.

Secretary, High Legal legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur, is further directed to communicate the dates of the mediation to the parties through their Advocates. Both the Advocates are requested to supply their contact numbers to the mediation center. 3.

Mediator is requested to submit his report within a period of eight weeks.
