By way of this application, the applicant is seeking transfer of the Petition No.1056/2025 from the Family Court, Pune to Civil Judge, Senior Division, Warora, District Chandrapur.

The ground raised by the applicant is that the distance between Warora to Pune is near about 650 kilometers. According to the applicant, it will be inconvenient for her to travel such a long distance.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable after four weeks.

Leave is granted to the applicant to serve the non-applicant by all permissible mode of service in addition to the regular mode of service.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (ii) of the application. 7.

The applicant to file the affidavit of service on record, on or before the next date, failure to which, interim stay granted by this Court will vacated automatically.
