The applicant states that this court by order dated 4.3.2024, by considering the grievance raised by the applicant, has transferred the proceeding bearing HMP No.A-122/2021 and Petition No.D-02/2021 from Family Court, Yavatmal to Family Court at Nanded.

By the present application, the applicant is seeking the transfer of the proceeding bearing HMP No. A-4/2025 filed by the non-applicant for dissolution of marriage from Family Court, Yavatmal to the Family Court at Nanded.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after three weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause (B).

Applicant is permitted to serve the non-applicant by all permissible mode of service in addition to regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service within a period of three weeks, failing which, interim stay granted will stand vacated automatically.
