This is an application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition A No.4 of 2025 from the file of learned Family Court, Yavatmal to the file of learned Family Court, Nanded. Respondent though served, has not entered appearance.

The learned advocate for the applicant draws attention to order dated 04.03.2024 passed in M.C.A. No.668 of 2023, whereby another proceeding between the same parties was ordered to be transferred from Family Court, Yavatmal to Family Court, Nanded. The grounds seeking transfer in the present application are similar to those which were raised in the earlier application.

In view of the aforesaid, application is allowed. 4.

Hindu Marriage Petition A No.4 of 2025 is ordered to be transferred from the file of learned Family
