It is stated that the applicant has already filed the proceeding under the Domestic Violence Act at Warora. NonApplicant is attending the said proceeding at Warora. It is further stated that the non-applicant is not residing at Nagpur. He is residing at Tumsar.

In view of this statement, issue notice to the nonapplicant, returnable after four weeks. 3.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (ii).

Applicant is permitted to serve the non-applicant by all permissible mode of service in addition to regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service within a period of four. weeks, failing which, interim stay granted will stand vacated automatically.
