It is stated that the applicants have already filed the proceeding at Bhadrawati arising out of Domestic Violence Act. The non-applicant is stated to be attending the said proceeding at Bhadrawati.

In view of above, the applicants seek transfer of the proceeding from Yavatmal Family Court to Civil Judge, Senior Division, Warora, District-Chandrapur, as the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division is not available at Bhadrawati. 3.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after four weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (2) 5.

Applicants are permitted to serve the non-applicant by all permissible mode of service in addition to regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service within a period of four weeks, failing which, interim stay granted will stand vacated automatically.
