MARCH 12, 2026 1) This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of petition for restitution of conjugal rights filed by respondent/husband against the applicant No.1/wife, being Petition No.A-103/2025, from the Court of learned Family Court, Yavatmal to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Warora. The applicant No.1/wife is residing at Bhadravati with the daughter who is aged around three years. Bhadravati, is at a distance of around 20k.m. from Warora. Yavatmal is stated to be around 147 k.m. from Bhadravati. 2) Having regard to the fact that a minor child aged about three years is staying with the applicant No.1/wife, the application is allowed. The Petition No.A-103/2025, pending on the file of Family Court, Yavatmal is transferred to the file of Civil Judge Senior Division, Warora. The learned Civil Court is requested to favourably consider the request of the respondent/husband to permit him to appear through video conferencing as far as possible. Accordingly, Misc.Civil Application is disposed of.
