By the present Application, the Applicant/wife is seeking transfer of the proceeding bearing Marriage Petition No. A-617/2025 pending on the file of Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai to the Family Court at Nagpur.

According to the Applicant, the Respondent/husband is presently residing at Amravati and present Applicant is in service at Nagpur.

In view of this, issue notice to the Respondent, returnable after four weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause - (B) of the Application till next date. 5.

In addition to regular mode of service, the Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent by all modes of private
