The Applicant has to place on record the legible copy of General Conditions of Contract (GCC).

The learned Counsel for Respondent has drawn attention of this Court to the communication by way of email dated 2/1/2026 issued by M/s Fountainhead to the General Manager (Civil), Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited, Nagpur. In variance of the same, the Respondent has filed on record the pursis dated 2/1/2026 stating therein the names of Arbitrators.

The learned Counsel for Applicant raised objection for appointment of the Arbitrator and also stated that without consulting the Lawyer his client has sent the email dated 2/1/2026. According to him, now the Applicant is not ready to

The Applicant has to file on record the affidavit clarifying the details of email dated 2/1/2026 sent by him to the General Manager, Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited. 5.

List the matter after two weeks.
