The present application has been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking the appointment of an arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties. The application is filed invoking Clause 36 of the agreement dated 20.07.2023, which provides for the appointment of an arbitrator in the event of any dispute between the parties. A notice dated 15.09.2025 was issued to the non-applicant in this regard, but no response has been received.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 4th December, 2025.

The applicant is permitted to serve the nonapplicant by all available modes of service, including service through this Court.
