DATE : 21.11.2025 Learned Counsel for applicant states that applicant is having three minor children and there is no one in her family to look after them at Akola. In light of this submission, it is stated that it will be inconvenient for her to travel along with children from Akola to Amravati on each date. Hence, issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after three weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be stay in terms of prayer Clause- (2).

The applicant is directed to serve the non-applicant by all private mode of service in addition to regular mode of service and file affidavit of service on or before next date. 4.

Failure to file affidavit of service, the interim stay will be vacated automatically.
