Applicant is seeking transfer of the proceeding from District Judge, Sindhudurg to the District Judge, Warora. 3.

The ground raised in the present application is that the distance between the two stations is more than 600 km and the applicant is residing with her old mother. Therefore, it is not possible for her to attend the proceeding at Sindhudurg. 4.

Hence, issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after four weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause (c).

Applicant is permitted to serve the non-applicant by all permissible mode of service in addition to regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service within a period of four weeks, failing which, interim stay granted will stand vacated automatically.
