The learned Counsel for Applicant submitted that the Applicant/wife has already filed two proceedings at Nagpur and in the said proceeding Non-applicant is already attending the matter at Nagpur. Hence, the prayer is made to transfer the proceeding bearing Petition No. A-142/2025 filed by the Non-applicant pending on the file of Family Court, Jalgaon to the Family Court, Nagpur.

Issue notice to the Non-applicant, returnable after three weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause - (ii) of the Application.

In addition to regular mode of service, the Applicant is permitted to serve the Non-applicant by all modes of private service, as permissible in Rules, and file affidavit of service on or
