The application is filed invoking Clause (g) of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 01.12.2022, which provides for the appointment of an arbitrator in the event of any dispute between the parties. A notice dated 16.10.2025 was issued to the non-applicant in this regard, but no response has been received.
