It is the contention of the present Applicant that in pending cases, though the Non-applicant/husband assured to pay the travelling charges, but he failed to deposit the same. Therefore, Applicant is facing inconvenience to attend the proceeding at Nagpur, and therefore, seeks transfer of proceeding at Chandrapur.

Issue notice to the Non-applicant, returnable after four weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause - (iii) of the Application.

In addition to regular mode of service, the Applicant is permitted to serve the Non-applicant by all modes of private service, as permissible in Rules, and file affidavit of service on or
