It is stated that the applicant is residing at Achalpur along with her mother. There is no other person in her family to look after her old aged mother and also it is difficult for the applicant to travel from Achalpur to Buldhana. It is further stated that there are no regular public transportation available from Achalpur to Buldhana. Hence, he seeks indulgence of this Court in the matter of transfer from Buldhana to Achalpur.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after four weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause (ii).

The applicant is permitted to serve the nonapplicant by all permissible private mode of service in

6.

Failure to file affidavit, the interim stay will vacate automatically.
