It is the contention of the present applicant that she is maintaining 5 years child and also filed one of the proceedings arising out of the Protection of Women under Domestic Violation Act at Darwha. According to her, the distance between Darwha to Pune is near about 500 kms. and it is difficult and inconvenient for her to attend the proceedings at Civil Judge Senior Division, Vadgaon, Maval, District Pune.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after six weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause- (b).

The applicant is permitted to serve the nonapplicant by all permissible private mode of service in

Failure to file affidavit, the interim stay will vacate automatically.
