Learned Counsel for applicant-wife is seeking transfer the proceedings from learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan, Dist. Thane to Family Court, Nagpur. According to the applicant, the distance between Nagpur to Thane is near about 800 kms. and secondly, on the ground that one of the proceedings is already filed by the wife at Nagpur and non-applicant is attending the same. 3.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after four weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause (ii).

The applicant is permitted to serve the nonapplicants by all permissible private mode of service in addition to regular mode of service and file affidavit on or

Failure to file affidavit, the interim stay will vacate automatically.
