It is stated that the applicant has already filed two proceedings before the Family Court at Nagpur. The applicant is having a school going child and she is taking his due care after the matrimonial discord. As such, according to her, she is finding difficulty to attend the proceedings filed by non-applicant before learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Sinnar, District Nashik.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after four weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause (ii).

The applicant is permitted to serve the nonapplicant by all permissible private mode of service in addition to regular mode of service and file affidavit on or

Failure to file affidavit, the interim stay will vacate automatically.
