The applicant states that in pursuance of the order of this Court dated 16.12.2025, the non-applicant is duly served by private mode of service.

It is also informed that when the matter was listed before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Sinnar, District Nashik, this fact of filing of present proceedings as well as order of this Court was brought to the notice of that Court. As such, according to him, the non-applicant is aware about the pendency of the present proceedings. 3.

However, considering this factual aspects, in my opinion, one more opportunity is required to be given to the non-applicant. Hence, list this matter in the next week. 4.

Interim order to continue till next date.
