By this application, the applicant is seeking transfer of the proceedings filed by the respondent-husband under Section 8 of Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 pending before the District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Daryapur to the District and Additional Sessions Judge, Darwha, District Yavatmal. 2.

It is pointed out that earlier also, one of the proceedings was filed by the respondent at Daryapur and this Court by order dated 22nd November, 2021 has transferred the said proceedings from Daryapur to Darwha.

In view of the above, issue notice to the respondent, returnable after four weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be interim stay in terms of prayer clause-II of the application.

Applicant is permitted to serve the non-applicant by all permissible mode of service in addition to regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service within a period of two weeks, failing which, interim stay granted will stand vacated automatically.
