The submission of the present applicant is that she has been diagnosed with CS with LS with Polyathralgia. She is now under treatment of Dr. Aditya Bothra. Accordingly, she has placed on record medical certificate wherein she has been advised for three months rest.

The submission of the non-applicant is that the applicant and her family are residing at Bhandara. So also cause title shows that the applicant has given her address at Bhandara. However, it is stated that she is residing at Nagpur only for the purpose of taking treatment for her ailments, which she has been diagnosed. She stated that as on date, she is taking the treatment of Dr. Aditya Bothra. 3.

In view of this, applicant to file the certificate of Dr. Aditya Bothra pointing out what are the difficulties she is

List this matter after three weeks.
