The contention is that the petitioner was born at Nagbhid however respondent no.2 - Committee enquired about the birth entry relied by the petitioner with Nagar Parishad, Umred, who in turn replied that there is no such entry. It is submitted that since birth of the petitioner's father was at Nagbhid there is no such reason for having any record at Nagar Parishad, Umred. It is also submitted that other are also there grounds. 3.

Considering the submission, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 21.01.2026.

Shri Palshikar, learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent nos.1 to 3 and 6.

Since in the petition the petitioner was protected, the respondent nos.4 to 6 shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner, till returnable date.
