The learned Advocate for the appellants seeks to withdraw the second appeal. He contends that the suit property is residential house of the appellants and therefore reasonable time may be granted to remove the encroachment and vacate the suit property. He makes a statement that the appellants will file a written undertaking with this Court on or before 30.03.2026 agreeing to remove the encroachment and vacate the suit property on or before 30.09.2026.

The second appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. In the event, the appellants file an undertaking with this Court on or before 30.03.2026 that they will remove the encroachment and vacate the suit property on or before 30.09.2026, the execution of impugned decrees shall remain stayed till 30.09.2026.
