Vide order dated 10/03/2026, the parties were directed to appear before the learned Registrar (Judicial) for identification and verification of compromise terms. The report dated 18/03/2026 furnished by learned Registrar (Judicial) indicates that respondents No.1 and 2 appeared before him. The learned Registrar (Judicial) confirmed their identities and also recorded that they admitted the amicable settlement. The appellant was not present before the learned Registrar(Judicial) on the said date. Learned counsel for the appellant states that she is present before the Court today.

2) The appellant is directed to appear before the learned Registrar(Judicial) for identification and verification of compromise terms. Learned Registrar(Judicial) is requested to furnish report at the earliest.
