Learned Advocate for the appellants states that the matter is posted before the learned Executing Court today i.e. on 13/11/2025 and order regarding attachment of property is likely to be passed. The learned Advocate further states that in compliance of interim order passed in Regular Civil Appeal, a bank guarantee was furnished by the appellants in order to secure the decreetal amount and that the said bank guarantee is valid till 24/02/2026. 5.

In view of the aforesaid and also having regard to the fact that this Court is hearing the matter, the learned Executing Court is requested to grant accommodation to the appellants till the next date, if a request in that regard is made by the appellants.
