The learned advocate for the appellants states that Special Darkhast No.9/2017 is fixed before the learned Executing Court tomorrow i.e. on 21/11/2025 and the order of attachment is likely to be passed by the learned Executing Court. The learned Executing Court may consider deferring the passing of any adverse order against the appellants - Judgment Debtors, in view of the statement made by learned advocate for the appellants across the bar that amount of Rs.6,50,000/- will be deposited by the appellants with the Executing Court on or before 28/11/2025.
