The learned counsel for the appellants states that in compliance of the order dated 20.11.2025, amount of Rs.6,50,000/- is deposited by the appellants with the learned Executing Court.

Issue notice to the respondent, on the following substantial questions of law:

(i) Whether this judgment delivered by the learned First Appellate Court warrants interference having regard to undue delay in delivering the judgment?

(ii) Whether the plaintiff was breach in agreement on account of failure to pay the entire said consideration?

Notice returnable on 21.01.2026.

Issue notice to the respondent returnable on 21.1.2026. 6.
