Today, the learned advocate for the respondent No.1 has filed an application Exh.15 for rejection of election petition with exemplary costs.

The learned advocate Mr. Sikchi filed reply Exh.16 to

(2) the application requesting the Hon'ble Court to permit respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to remove EVM from the Strong Room and also filed reply Exh.17 to the application praying for deletion of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 as party respondents in the election petition.

The leaned advocate for the petitioner submits that time was sought for filing the draft issues by the respondents. 4.

The petitioner to file say on application Exh.15 by giving advance copy to the other side.

If the petitioner serves the copy of say upon the other side in advance, this court will hear the application Exh.15.
