So far as respondent Nos. 13 and 14 are concerned, they have refused to accept notice. So far as other respondents are concerned, their service of notice is awaited. 02.

So far as respondent Nos. 9 and 20 are concerned, report shows that service could not be effected because of incomplete address. Learned Advocate for the petitioner points out that the addresses of those respondents are given as per the addresses in the voters' list. 03.
