The grievance of the petitioner is mainly that, despite repeated complaints made to the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Bhandara as regards the alleged illegal construction being carried out by the petitioner's neighbour, there is no decision on such complaints.

Since an innocuous prayer is made for direction to decide such complaints, we are of the opinion that the purpose would be served if the petition is disposed of by issuing such direction to the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Bhandara. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to take a decision on the complaints made by the petitioner on 02.06.2025 and 05.06.2025 within six weeks from the date of furnishing a copy of this order to respondent No.1. Any decision taken on such complaints shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of the decision.
