Learned Counsel for the petitioner by relying upon the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No.5447/2018 dated 13-02-2019, submits that the respondents are not entitled to file appeal except by invoking Clause 7(2) of the Bombay Regulation VIII Act, 1827. He therefore submits that the impugned order dated 30-07-2025 passed by the trial Court granting permission to file appeal is unsustainable. 3.
