The petitioner/Bank has approached this Court seeking direction to the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Nagpur to decide complaint No.CC/264/2023 pending on the file of aforesaid Commission.

Shri M. Y. Wadodkar, learned counsel has invited our attention to the statements made on oath in the present petition in paragraph 5 which read as under :

" ... Since matter is heard finally and arguments of both the parties has been completed and matter is pending for passing of the judgment, that since there is no order is passed till date inspite of matter is heard at length by both the parties. Written Notes of arguments filed by both the parties... "

Upon query, Shri Wadodkar, learned counsel makes a statement that the aforesaid matter was heard finally and closed for judgment in the month of July 2025 and since then judgment is not pronounced by the Commission.

In view of above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Nagpur to decide complaint No.CC/264/2023 and pass judgment

2 128-WP-87-26.odt therein within a period of four weeks from the date of production of this order before it.

The petitioner to communicate this order to the respondents/ their counsel.

No costs.
