The petitioners have approached this Court seeking direction to the learned trial Court to decide and dispose of the Regular Civil Suit No.1076 of 2015 within a strict time-bound period. The contention is that since last 10 years, the evidence in the suit has not commenced. However, the aforesaid statement of the petitioner is not supported any documentary evidence by placing on record the roznama of the present proceedings before the learned trial Court.

In view of the above, the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition to file afresh petition. 3.

Permssion is granted.
